Sacred Chant & Dance
On September 12th at 9:15, everyone is warmly welcome to attend Sacred Chant & Dance. There’s no need to know how to dance. You may participate sitting in a chair or standing, singing and/or playing a drum, etc. It’s a spiritual practice which I hope you will find is also relaxing and fun. Among the familiar dances there will be some new ones, easily learned, and I’ll introduce a lovely contemporary version of The Lord’s Prayer in Qigong. See you there.
